Our operational capacity allows us to process large-format sheets and heavy thicknesses, ensuring precise angular accuracy and consistent repeatability for every component.
We feature high-tonnage CNC press brakes designed for shaping heavy structural components, alongside a high-performance plate rolling machine capable of curving plates with thicknesses up to 30 mm. The synergy between mechanical power and digital control enables us to manufacture shells, cones, and complex profiles for heavy pressure vessels and offshore applications. The department is rounded out by our vertical machining centers for high-precision mechanical finishing and the prestigious Schwarze-Wirtz WE80 Booster tube bender, dedicated to shaping tubes and profiles up to 88.9 mm (O.D.), ensuring flawless deformation even with the tightest radii.
