Utilizing the Schwarze-Wirtz WE80 Booster machine, we can shape tubes and profiles with diameters up to 88.9 mm, ensuring millimetric precision and optimal wall thickness consistency throughout the bend.
We specialize in the production of critical components such as “pigtails” for headers and coils. In plants operating under high pressure and elevated temperatures, pigtails perform a vital function: they act as natural expansion loops, absorbing differential thermal expansion between various components and preventing mechanical stresses that could jeopardize system integrity. Our “Booster” technology allows us to perform bends with very tight radii (down to 1D) while maintaining minimal ovalization and reducing wall thinning, exceeding the most stringent requirements of international technical specifications.
