Thanks to our complete vertical integration, LP SpA transforms its finned and studded tubes into complex, installation-ready modules. We manage every stage in-house: from mechanical design in compliance with major international codes to final assembly and testing. Our manufacturing capacity allows us to create critical components capable of withstanding extreme thermal conditions and high pressures, ensuring peak heat transfer efficiency.
Our production includes:
- Fired Heaters: Fabrication of radiant coils, pre-assembled convection modules, and complete tube bundles for refinery and petrochemical heaters.
- Waste Heat Boilers (WHB): Design and manufacture of heat recovery boilers, engineered to maximize energy savings and plant efficiency in cogeneration and combined-cycle systems.
- Economizers, Superheaters, and Preheaters: Custom-made systems for steam cycle optimization, built strictly following client specifications and international design codes such as ASME and PED.
Each module is delivered with a comprehensive technical dossier, ensuring full material traceability and certified weld integrity through our in-house NDT laboratory.
