Design & Mechanical Analysis

We design every component in compliance with the most stringent international codes (ASME, EN, AD 2000, CODAP). Our team uses latest-generation software to validate every construction detail.

  • FEM Analysis (Finite Element Method): We perform numerical simulations to predict the behavior of structures and components under extreme mechanical and thermal loads, optimizing weights and preventing critical points.
  • Stress Analysis: Evaluation of thermo-mechanical stresses on piping systems and headers to ensure long-term structural stability.
  • Software: We use industry-leading software such as COMPRESS and FEPipe for the verification of pressure vessels and their parts.

Thermal & Thermodynamic Engineering

Heat transfer optimization is our core business. We don’t just provide finned tubes; we calculate their actual efficiency based on the client’s operating conditions.

  • Thermal Calculations: Flow and temperature analysis to determine the ideal number of fins, material, and geometry (Solid or Serrated) to maximize energy recovery.
  • Design Optimization: We design hairpin configurations and vaporizers optimized for cryogenic fluids (LNG) or new carriers (H2).
